RPI
designed a medallion featuring the White House and a special message from the
President on the obverse, The Great Seal of the United States appeared on the
reverse.
This
agency requested ideas for a special commemorative to be distinctive, lasting,
and reflective of their personnels service to the government.
The
medallion, offered in both bronze and a 24 kt. gold plate was popular with employees
in all departments
